About Ratio

A developer and a design studio, working as one.

Ratio operates as two companies — Ratio Developments Ltd and Ratio Property Ltd — working across London & the South East. We acquire, convert and refurbish residential property, and we stay hands-on from the first viewing to the final handover.

The name is the idea. We're always weighing one thing against another — cost against quality, space against light, risk against reward. Holding that balance is what lets us deliver homes that feel genuinely premium and still stack up commercially.

Founded and led by Dennis, Ratio keeps a deliberately close, hands-on approach, so every scheme gets real attention rather than being run at arm's length.
